Journey through the Universe
Program Overview

Figure 3: In February 2005 a National Team of six Visiting Researchers conducted 108 Classroom Visit presentations to 4,300 students in 30 schools across six Kansas City metro-area school districts. These data were obtained from 55 questionnaires returned by teachers in attendance, and reflect whether teachers would ‘recommend the Visiting Researcher visit classrooms again next year.’ It is a summary question assessing whether the teacher felt their time with the Visiting Researcher was valuable. These results are typical across all communities.
